Redeploy under Deploy History not working properly

Description

When I try to redeploy an older deployment under the History tab under Deploy it sends our orchestrator generator the most recent payload from the revision the deployment was from.

Steps taken to produce issue

1. Added an ENV to main
2. Deployed main
3. Went to History
4. Selected Redeploy this configuration for an older version
5. Git showed no change in the payload received from Mia to our Orchestration Generator (The ENV still exists on the microservice when it didn't exist on the configuration I selected to redeploy

@rmuller-vu thanks for reporting the issue, I can confirm we were able to replicate the issue.
We are going to investigate the issue and get back as soon as we have updates.

The fix is available in both v14.5.4 (our current LTS version) and v15.0.0 - at the moment in preview stage.
