Print resumes are useful, and it's a pain to keep a print resume and a portfolio website in sync. But, I want a website to be more than just the exact same as a PDF of my reusme. I've sprinkled in more interactive elements over the last few months, and this whole site is statically generated from a single YAML file.</a></b>

At the ITS Service Desk, I've built up strong collaboration and communication skills, and have gained experience with a slew of new tools and technical concepts. As my first formal IT position, it's increased my interest in the industry, especially in jobs that allow me to directly make others' lives easier. We act as the first point of contact for virtually all IT requests and incidents at UCSD, and perform issue triage and escalation, as well as direct resolution. As a Lead technician, I perform shift manager tasks, participate in the hiring and training of new student employees, and have increase technical responsibilities such as performing password resets and VLAN changes.

At TeachAids, I've worked on several different projects in a volunteer capacity, in teams of all different sizes. It's been an honor to be able to continue working with them and take on more of a leading role in executing the migration of their website.

It was my first time working with static site generation, one of my favorite technologies.
