Hi Habeck, I am trying to run ISDHiC on my own single cell HiC data, but the run_hmc.py always report Segmentation fault with core dumped. Specifically, this only happended for some chromosomes not for all of my HiC data. Did you encountered this issue? Do you have any suggestions about this? Thanks!
