Add Support for OpenAI API

Could you please add support for open AI api so that we can use LocalAI, Mistral or any other compatible services?

@mitexleo FYI I'm using Ollama with LLaVA 7B and am fairly happy with the captions its generating. Right now generating the captions manually via the command line.

I think it has everything you need. I never implemented it myself in any application before. :)
