This has been posted previously but has anyone found a way to download the .zip?

It will refer you where to go. Please note that the website linked there will require you to sign up before downloading any files. This can be done by clicking on the button at the top right corner on it.

I've just downloaded it myself and loaded it into QGIS (it took a while considering it was a 3gb file). Converting to another format, such as a GeoPackage may be helpful.
