Canvas Note links are not clickable

Reproduction

1. Ask an Agent to create content containing a Markdown link.
2. Click the rendered link on the canvas.
3. Copy and paste the content into a Note, then click the link again.

Actual

The link renders correctly but cannot be opened.

Expected

Links in read-only canvas previews open with a normal click. Editable notes may continue using Ctrl/Cmd + click.
