Problem in Paddle initialization

Installed Magma in WSL (ubuntu-22)
Cuda 12.1, python 3.10

After installing and running python agents/ui_agent/app.py, I encounter the following error:

I am using paddleocr==3.0.1

I get the same error when I installed Magma UI

if anyone can help me out, that will be very much appreciated
