Link and Support OptiMUS

Ali, Wenzhi, and Madeleine from Stanford have invented the OptiMUS framework to create optimizaton model and MIP solvers. It can help users to easily create a supply chain solver with only a few sentences of problem definitions.

We should introduce and link to the OptiMUS project within OptiGuide (e.g., README, notebooks, etc.). We can also help users to navigate between OptiGuide and OptiMUS.

We're updating the project, so the structure will probably change a lot in the next few weeks.
We also added a web interface: https://optimus-solver.vercel.app/
Would love to have your feedback/thoughts as well.
