I am trying to figure out how to output the optimal values for each of the node and edges, is it possible?

Are you asking about a specific application (e.g., the coffee example), or MIPs in general?

I can add a simple example to demonstrate how to output the final answer (aka optimal values for each decision variables), and you can modify it a little bit to format the output per application.
