Bug: Agent Owner column not populated for all records in Agent Detail table

Description

The Agent Owner field in the Agent Inventory (Agent Detail record) is not consistently populated. Some agents that do have a valid owner (confirmed via the agent's Created By AD ID) show no owner in the Agent Owner column.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the Agent Inventory sync flow run on demand to ensure the data is the latest.
2. Open the "All Agent Details" view and add the Agent Owner column to the view.
3. Check the Agent Details record's Agent Owner column.

Expected behavior

Agent Owner should reflect the actual owner of the agent (matching Created By / AD ID) for every record.

Actual behavior

Agent Owner is blank or not populated for a subset of agent records, despite those agents having a valid, identifiable owner.

Root cause (as far as I've traced it):
In the Power Automate flow "Agent Inventory | Agents Data Load (Child)" that populates the Agent Detail record, the step responsible for creating Agent Details record does not set the Agent Owner value for some agents
