Change the release way in Microsoft Store

I have a Ubuntu installation from Microsoft Store, with the newer package be release, I need to down a large data, even I have update Ubuntu to last version. Obsiously, it isn't a good way to deal with update.

Describe the solution you'd like
In my opinion, I think a Distribution Manager need to be created. when the version be updated in the system, the original installation package of WSL also be change, instade of a new full update be release from Microsoft Store.
