Cannot select git repo in Pull Request window

When creating a Pull Request, the source branch cannot be changed. I have a Rider window with projects in two different git repos. This works fine in Rider: selecting branches for the git log windows, pulling, committing, pushing. But the Create Pull Request window of the AzureDevopsIntellij plugin does not seem to recognise this. Or I don't know how to control it.

Is it possible to create a PR in a certain repo with this plugin?
