Cant deploy elk as azure-cli wheezy InRelease is not signed in the repo

Hi,

The deployment fails when the controllervm wants to install the azure-cli package:

HI @caoladder , thanks for your reporting. We dig it and find this is a known issue from Azure CLI Azure/azure-cli#6383 . Once the issue is fixed, this will be fine.

This still appears to be a problem even after the aforementioned azure-cli issue has been closed. Are any updates @yaweiw or @yuwzho ?
