Hi,
i'm a PhD student.
This is my first experience in running MatterGen on the HPC Stampede3. I have been tasked by my supervisor to understand how the entire project architecture works (from theory to data preparation to code deployment). I have read the paper and i am currently studying the supplemental material for the paper. What is the best approach to study, learn and understand the entire project architecture (codebase) after successfully implementing the README.md ?
