did you add following?
<WindowsSdkPackageVersion>10.0.26100.85-preview</WindowsSdkPackageVersion>
this can bypass targets errors, however i get another error
microsoft/CsWinRT#2382

We don't have an ETA for this. We expect that CsWinRT 3.0 Preview 2 will have XAML support, however 🙂
