Add a Separate / Prominent "Examples" Section in the Sphinx docs

Examples are currently pointed to in the documentation, but most deserve a more prominent callout / walkthrough than they're currently being given. This should be at the same level as Quickstart + In-Depth.

The section on Model Hamiltonians should live there instead of its current location (In Depth).
