Minor Bugs

• The target web is duplicated in the form. Unsure how to reproduce.
• If no file extensions are provided for a dlp report, nothing happens.
• Update property for dlp overshared groups to be generic.
• Hide "Changes" tab if associated tabs are not present.
• Test EEEU close to set stop flag. User reported the queries kept going after closing the report.

Seems that when you edit the page and then republish, the webpart doesn't seem to work correctly. sub-webs were duplicated.

Make the app show an edit configuration button instead of loading the app.
