Uvicorn process

I need the ability to run the Uvicorn process myself. One of the motivations is to be able to add a --reload flag in development mode.

@octopus-eran you can already do this, I have done it in a project with FastAPI and uvicorn.

    adapter = FastAPIAdapter(app=app)
    teams_app = create_teams_app(adapter)
    await teams_app.initialize()

app = FastAPI(lifespan=lifespan)

In create_teams_app you construct the microsoft_teams.app.App.
