[Feature Request]: endpoint to retrieve chat associated to user & app w/o Graph

today, it's not possible to retrieve the chat associated to the bot/app without using the graph package (which requires particular global permissions)

tmk, we should be able to expose this endpoint to retrieve all messages for a given conversation:
GET /v3/conversations/{conversationId}/messages

@lilyydu is this the correct repo to add this in?
To add to this: the issue is that the required scopes are not RSC, but global scopes. If I can read the chat using Graph API with RSC permissions that would be fine as well. (like group chat and channel messages)
