Extension crashes on VSCode version 1.108

I am unable to use the extension on VSCode version 1.108 because it crashes. It also crashes on 1.107 but it does work on 1.103. I didn't try any other versions.

This is on Ubuntu 24.04 on x86_64 with 6.14.0-37-generic
