I asked for co-pilot to review copilot-instructions.md and errors VS Code is reporting which are "file not found" but the noted files exist in the correct location as the co-pilot-instructions.md recorded. Copilot keeps reporting it "summarized conversation history" and "reviewed co-pilot instructions" in loops. It once presented the following dialog,
"Copilot has been working on this problem for a while. It can continue to iterate, or you can send a new message to refine your prompt. ", and I picked to "continue". Now, it is taking far more time in the same loop than before, and I finally canceled the prompt.
