[Package Issue]: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Enterprise.Insiders versioning mismatch

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

No applicable update found.

Brief description of your issue

Microsoft.VisualStudio.Enterprise.Insiders is not showing updates due to mismatched version number formats. The Professional Insiders edition has the same problem.

Steps to reproduce

Install Visual Studio (2026) Enterprise Insiders edition from the Visual Studio Installer, or at least look at the option.
Note the version number form - nnnnn.nn
Run: winget show Microsoft.VisualStudio.Enterprise.Insiders
Note the version number form - 18.x.nnnnn.nn

Actual behavior

winget list microsoft.visualstudio.enterprise.insiders
