JetBrains desktop icons missing again - only tux visible

Repro Steps

Since propably the last Windows Update with the new colored battery icons in the task bar.

Expected Behavior

JetBrains app icons are visible in Windows start menu and taskbar.

Actual Behavior

The desktop icons of JetBrains products like Toolbox and IntelliJ IDEA are gone again and only tux is visible.

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use .\collect-wsl-logs.ps1 -LogProfile networking instead, following the instructions in Collect WSL logs for networking issues

This might not be a WSL bug since I'm having this problem with Jetbrains applications on my Linux too.
