Hi, when I use MR Base to perform two sample MR. For the required column “effect allele”, I have tried to use a1, REF, ALT column in GWAS output. But the MR result keeps showing “None of the SNPs had the required information to perform MR” after harmonising. How could I solve the problem? Thanks for your help!
