Migrate docs site off of old repository

Currently the docs site at https://www.milestonepstools.com is served by GitHub Pages under the MilestoneSystemsInc organization used by the Milestone Americas development group.

The milestonesys subscription would not allow publishing a GitHub Pages site from a private repo so we had to wait until this repository was made public to start publishing the site from here.

For the last several months the docs have been published from the previous repo while functional changes to the module were made in this repo. We will need to carefully do one final merge of changes from the old repo to this one, and probably verify domain ownership under this org, and then we can start publishing the docs from here.
