Support gravatar images for operators

Problem description:

Currently we use placehold.it images for operator images. With this issue on the operator, we can move to using gravatars and make the conversation more pleasant.

Suggested solution:

Multiple operators could send messages to one client, so we need to make sure we handle receiving different operator emails, and then pulling their gravatar
