It would be useful to include some additional commands for managing an instance of Yoke. Here are some ideas:
Lint workflow file
Simply load a specified workflow file or directory and validate that it can be correctly parsed. In future we may want to add more complex validation if this is found to be insufficient.
Reset event
For the case of failed workflow runs it would useful to be able to "reset" Yoke's internal state for a given event.
