Module links on the hosted documentation seem to be broken

When I visit https://docs.mirage.io/uri/ for the API documentation, I see the landing page, but none of the module names are live links, and none of the other links seem to lead to documentation either.

Now, the link to https://docs.mirage.io/uri/ is broken.

I was going to submit a PR fixing this, but turns out that also the docs for 4.4.0 seem broken, so I'm unsure how to proceed here. I guess I will submit a partial fix.

I just ran into this.

It's also showing as no documentation (but with very long build error) on https://ocaml.org/p/uri/latest/doc/index.html
