How fast can it be?

Numpy? CUDA? Mulithreading? How quickly can we get results?

I'm under .3 seconds on some runs with the current version. That's a lot faster than I expected to go with only built-in python functions.

Minor setback, forgot about taking it to a power. back to around .5 seconds.

I fixed power implementation, and changed the answer check. Sub .3s sometimes occurs.

Working on a numpy build. It's bad. Looks bad, runs bad, is bad. How do I numpy?
