Document sign difference between PN and NR (or at least SpEC): $h_{lm}^{SpeC} = - h_{lm}^{PN}$

Leo says this is because of differences in the definitions: one defines the metric perturbation with raised indices, the other with lowered. This is important enough to be noted prominently in the docs somewhere.
