I have available MCP server ( let's call it T) url https://host:port/mcp where I've built my API based tools and Agent already using this tool

is it possible to create a separate MCP App (UI server) server with the UI resource newly added with Agent?

how to specify the UI resource URI for the specific tool in server T, given that it is an externally/partner managed hosted MCP server?
