Lab10_src does not build

• Wrong windows toolkit version
• Debug buld specifies sm_20 architecture (removed from CUDA 9.1)
• Only has x86 build configuration, CUDA nolonger supports x86
  • Needs x64 libraries etc.

These probably affect the solution too

I committed a fix that builds to src directory, however late discovered it's missing necessary DLLs (no idea where to get glut64.dll).

I committed a fix to sln that does build and has the DLLs, however it does not run, giving application failed to start error. This isn't one i've seen before, internet suggests running as administrator. I'll commit partial fix of this and check it out in the office.

The versions committed now (3aac383 and a4b304d) work in Visual Studio 2015/Windows toolkit 8.1, and I believe them to be no different to the version that failed to work in the diamond, listed above.

This requires testing/investigation.
