Resolve 1 low severity vulnerability flagged by npm audit

Address following vulnerability reported by npm audit :

SOLUTIONING

The cucumber-junit repo (here) is not actively maintained by the contributors. There are 2 options:

• Fork cucumber-junit repo and fix the vulnerability by upgrading yargs package to the fix version
• Submit a PR to cucumber-junit (after proper testing) and hope that they approve and submit changes to npm registry
