[UPDATE] /chat channels

Changes being made to the /chat command

• /chat by itself opens the channel menu instead of toggling chat off.

  • /chat-off will disable receiving public/channel messages

• /chat menu shows open channel list with member counts

  • Default channels will always be shown regardless of members joined
  • Tap the + symbol to expand the members list
  • After selecting a channel, hit Join to join, or return to Main, or Cancel for no changes.

• Optional "Hear All" enables receiving messages from all open channels

  • Messages will still be sent only to the current subscribed channel

• Existing compatibility commands still work

• Auto-rejoin to the last subscribed channel on login
