Split admin and front-end assets. #7

Description

Assets for the admin should not be in ./public_html/css/, ./public_html/js/, ./public_html/images/, etc. They should be grouped in their own directory.

This could be done a couple of ways. One is an ./public_html/assets/ directory and inside it are directories for admin and one for each of the templates/themes there are. Or instead of assets it can be templates.
