Expose processing status and statistics

The indexpiration processing should be observable via HTTP:

1. processing status: idle, in progress, dead etc.
2. statistics for each space: how much tuples has been deleted per minute / hour / day
   Please expose this info in prometheus format so it can be monitored from a grafana dashboard.
