[Feature request] open url or aur link when configured

I find out that opening page with Ctrl-O sometimes isn't feasible since page links are outdated, maybe option to specify in config aurlink instead.
I have kitty but links opening due to window size don't work because urls are cut.

Sorry for opening many issues :D, will maybe implement them later, or maybe somebody else will...
