Login Error

I changed my .env variables and i keep getting the error "An error occurred inside a plugin. This is MOST LIKELY not a mov-cli error, make SURE mov-cli and your plugins are up to date. Also report this to the plugin, not mov-cli! 
Error: Login failed for user: Viva15"

I am on a v20 ubuntu vps. could that be the reason?
