readRDSInput() does not provide real error in case of file-not-found

REPRODUCTION:

1. start app with invalid file-name as its input
2. the app crashes w/ [1] "ERROR: Error in if (file.info(sourceFile)$size == 0) {: missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed\n"

SHOULD:

• indicate that the file is missing
