Add link to ask-experimenter slack channel into stage + prod env

The “Contact Experimenter” button found in the error cards on the new results page ui needs to have its link which is defined by the ASK_EXPERIMENTER_SLACK_LINK env variable overriden to the ask-experimenter slack channel
