Edit from Experimenter Console mode

We want to integrate Limelight into Experimenter to allow editing of branch values. Experimenter will open Limelight in a separate window/tab and use the postmessage API to send the in-progress JSON to Limelight. Likewise, Limelight needs to be able to postmessage the finished JSON back to the Experimenter window.
