Error initializing top1m

Every scan I run has this error message pop up with a completely okay output:
time="2022-02-07T16:00:59-07:00" level=info msg="Failed to initialize top1m: open /etc/tls-observatory/cisco-top-1m.csv: The system cannot find the path specified."

I am running on windows and all my scans come out just fine, but I need some way to silence this error message. either a -quiet or -silent option would be great. I just need to keep my output clean for reporting and would like to know how to resolve the issue or if a flag could be added to ignore errors.
