add support for loading files from a local server

being able to load the hydrogen.cfg, code.asm files from a local server (that has cors support) would be a great addition.

maybe something like

I wonder if this will actually work and not be prohibited by CORS?

I think the only way to make it work reliably would be to serve IRHydra from localhost itself and just have a URL like

http://localhost:8080/irhydra/#/path/to/hydrogen.cfg,path/to/code.asm

I think my approach works as long as i set the correct core headers in my local server
