[ CI ] ⚙️ Setup & align the CI-es with desired workflows properly

  • E2E tests for both apps.
  • Tests (Unit, Integration) for both apps.
  • Webapp. e2e-test report with screenshots & video-clips in github-pages
  • CI-es should run tests on pull to main or dev branch
