Reading progress not correctly restored

When reopening a note from the MD Reader Library, the reading progress jumps to 100%, the last page of the book note.

To replicate:

1. Open a book note
2. Select a page e.g. in the middle, reading progress is now 50%
3. Close the book note
4. Open the MD Reader Library
5. Verify reading progress 50%
6. Tap on the book to open
7. Book note opens and reading position jumps to last page, reading progress is now 100%
