Help make PlugBrain available to Portuguese (Brazil) speakers

Help make PlugBrain available in Portuguese (Brazil):

1. Copy app strings in strings.xml to res/values-pt-rBR/strings.xml.
2. Translate all the strings in res/values-pt-rBR/strings.xml
3. Translate the stores metadata (Fastlane files):
   • App description: fastlane/metadata/android/pt-rBR/full_description.txt
   • Short description: fastlane/metadata/android/pt-rBR/short_description.txt
   • Screenshots: fastlane/metadata/android/pt-rBR/images/phoneScreenshots/
