Add GitHub Actions workflow to deploy AAB to Google Play

We need to automate the deployment process of the Android App Bundle (AAB) to Google Play for Plugbrain.
Currently, deployment is done manually, we should streamline this using GitHub Actions for faster, repeatable releases.
