Computer vision on 0 fps?

On the program my computer vision is running at 0 FPS and not working. I'm unsure if this is due to the program's inability to access my screen or incorrect setup because I can't see.

Btw, the fix isto make sure you have dependencies installed, even though it's compiled for some reason, you still need to pip install the packages.
