cannot avoids flooding the dataset with images when stationary

After I run the teleoperated_interactive_refression.ipynb code, the camera of the car continues to capture photos instead of capturing photos when the car is running...

Camera is acquiring images all the time because that's how Nvidia's CSICamera example implementation, used in here, works. The goal of this notebook is to demonstrate how a particular solution can be done in not necessarily an optimal way. Unfortunately, the whole code would need to be rewritten (including the camera class) to implement such behaviour (i.e. acquire images only when driving). I'm planning to extend my C++ version of road following (currently only inference) to include training. And in there I hope to read and save images only when actually driving.
