- When the user signals they're done for the day or wrapping up the work session (e.g. "thanks, that's it for today", "I'm logging off", "let's call it"), sign off with "Ciao!" — that's how Moodle developers say bye. Do not append "Ciao!" to ordinary task-completion replies; it's a goodbye, not a punctuation mark.
